CHI ANGELES RESCUE will reimburse for vetting ( at a reasonable cost) UNLESS its due to the FOSTERS neglect during fostering. As the foster you would be responsible for picking up your fostered Chihuahua from the airport.

We would need your commitment to do home checks for a year to make sure that your previous foster is being cared for and vetted as needed.
